Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand business in the assigned territory
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales executives or agents
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, or partners
Conduct field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews
Track sales data, prepare reports, and update management regularly
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper order fulfillment
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
