Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of insurance products through the agency network, achieve targets, and support agents in growing their business.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and training to ensure success.
Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in recruiting new agents, onboarding them, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Performance Monitoring:
Track agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost productivity.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales and performance.
Customer Service:
Assist agents in resolving customer issues and provide support during the claims process.
