Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients or customer segments
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial products or services
Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and outreach activities
Conduct periodic reviews and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly
Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue opportunities
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and client records
Liaise with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) to facilitate smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
