1. Acquisition of New Clients (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account and Savings Account Products of the bank.
2. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporations.
3. Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention.
4. Maintaining Avg. Quarterly Balance.
5. Conduct regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.
6. Cross-selling of MF, Gold Loan, FD, Insurance and asset products.
Job Mandates:
Must have own two-wheeler and all valid documents.
Good communication skills.
1-5 yrs. field sales exp. preferably from CASA Sales, demat account opening, POS Machine sales, Direct Sales Insurance, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
Must be willing to join within 30 days.
