Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, or in-person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Cross-sell and upsell products/services based on customer needs
Assist customers with account updates, billing, and service requests
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
