Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Utilize LinkedIn, CRM tools, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Market Research & Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights to improve product positioning and value propositions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Report sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes to senior management.
