Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Direct Sales Team at branch level.
Drive sales and revenue growth through direct customer acquisition.
Achieve branch-level business targets across products.
Ensure high levels of customer service & satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and mentoring of the direct sales team.
Monitor performance through daily sales reports (DSR) & MIS.
Develop local market intelligence to capture new opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies & regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams for smooth functioning.
