Job Overview:
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and leading a high-performing sales team within the direct channel. The ABM is responsible for achieving sales targets, providing leadership, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Drive sales strategies and monitor individual/team performance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues.
Assist in branch operations, including resource management and compliance.
Track performance and report KPIs to the Branch Manager.
