Job Role: Sales Development Manager- Corporate Agency Bancca Channel
- Continuous Interaction with the Sales Team of Channel Partners.
- Arranging 100 Hrs Training Towards Licensing of Sales Team of Channel Partners.
- Coordinating with the Agency Team for Procuring the License of Sales Team of Channel Partners.
- Be a Coach and Guide to the Sales Team Members of the Channel Partner.
- Guide the Sales Team Members in Prospecting New Customers.
- Provide Support to the Sales Team of the Channel Partner in Solving Customer Queries.
- Organizing Periodic Training On Products and Business Awareness in Coordination with Training Dept.
- to Give Regular Feedback On Market Conditions, Competition and other Factors Influencing Sales.
- to Manage the Recruitment, Training Development and Retention of a Team of Specified Persons.
- Achieve Sales Targets from Assigned Channel Partner Branches with the Help of Branch Managers and Specified Persons of the Channel Partner.
- Organizing Work Sites and Campaigns.
- Conducting Customer and Hni Meets.
- Participating in National/zonal/regional Sales Contests.
- Focus On Business Persistency/ Control Lapsation.
- Implement and Drive the Sales Promotion Schemes.

salary: 2 to 2.6 Lpa + Attractive Incentives
