Position: Key Accounts Manager- Branch Sales
Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
Exp. 3+ yrs. in life insurance Sales preferably from Branch Sales/ Direct Sales/ Business Development
CTC: up to 5.5 LPA
Industry: Life Insurance
Selling LI products to walk-in customers of the branch.
The role would require the manager to manage larger, critical accounts and a commensurate high business target.
The role would primarily involve activities that include building a credible pipeline of prospective clients & understanding client needs.
Achieve individual sales targets through selling of LI products.
Expand existing customer relationships for further business opportunity.
Ensure 100% retention of existing customers.
Establish and maintain high standards of sales quality, as measured by New business acquisition, productivity, client servicing and repeat business.
Cross selling of LI products to existing customers & walk-in customers.
Desired Qualification and experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline. PG is desirable.
2. Skill full in relationship management & Sales.
3. Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
4. Knowledge on local language.
