- Responsible for working as Business Partner with the Operations rather than just a support function.
- Responsible for Human Resource activities which include Recruitment, Employee Care, Career Path for employees, Policies and processes, statutory compliance and Data Management.
- To hire the best talent as per JD fitment and within the budget.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Educational Qualifications - MBA/PGDBM (Specialization in HR)
- Knowledge of Labor laws is desirable
