The ideal candidates will have some expertise in recruitment or human resources with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Skills & Qualifications:
0-3 years experience in core recruitment preferably from BPO/KPOBFSI/Travel industry.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Advanced knowledge of internet search.
Familiarity with job boards.
Good knowledge of MS-Office.
Desire to grow professionally with networking.
Knowledge of developing recruiting strategy.
Bachelors/ Masters degree in human resource management (or related field).
Fresher candidates will be on training for first 30-45 days.
Note: We need passionate individuals who have zeal to make a difference in Core Recruitment Profile and should have their own laptop.
