Position: Centre Manager- Bancassurance
Location: Bangalore, Kochi & Chennai
Exp. 6-7 yrs. overall in sales and at-least 4 yrs. in Life insurance Sales Management
CTC: up to 6.5 LPA
Center Manager - Key Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for the Bancassurance partnership for the assigned regions/states.
2. Create and maintain engagement with regional managers /branch managers and other key Bank Head Office / Management Team members.
3. Lead a team of Sales Executives (Relationship Associates and Associate Sales Managers), monitor their input/output activity and ensure lead generation through various sources.
4. Increasing insurance awareness and product penetration among Bank’s customers.
5. Increasing insurance penetration among Bank staff members.
6. Suggest sizzlers and R & R platforms for Bank’s employees who provide prospect leads as well as for MLI’s dedicated sales team.
7. Suggest product synergies and capture Bank’s various customer touch-points for insurance sales opportunities.
8. Provide accurate and timely competitor updates/best practices.
Desired Qualification and experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline. PG is desirable.
2. 6-7 yrs. of overall exp. in sales with a minimum of 4 yrs. combined work experience in the fields of Life insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management and/or DSA relationship.
3. Must have minimum of 2-3 years of Team Management experience.
4. Should be willing to travel as per business requirements.
5. Must be fluent in Regional Language and English. Knowledge on HINDI would be an added advantage.
6. Must have experience of working in the local markets.
