Job Description: reaching out to customers to collect for renewal Premium. Maintained relationship with the Existing customers to give them service for renewal and POS issue Collect Premium from customer preferred location. Resolving customer complaints received from field and channel partners. Following up with respective department for customer complaint cases.
Industry: Insurance/ Credit Card payment recovery (soft/ telecaller)

CTC: 1.5 to 2.5 LPA
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate having experience in Banking,Investments,Insurance Sales.
