Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of direct sales targets,Continuously seek to meet & convert potential customers to consistently achieve direct sales targets.Regularly network with potential customers and those who can lead to potential customers so as to have a wide base from which direct sales targets can be achieved.Build and operate a sustainable distribution network to achieve sales targets,Enlist good quality Wealthsurance distributors by identifying and enrolling them through presentations, constant follow-ups, collection of necessary documentation and ensuring their attendance in the training programmeBuild and execute a plan for achievement of sales targets ‘month after month’ by setting individual targets for each of the Distributors in the team taking into consideration the Distributors’ potential and the total business target.
Branch Manager/Area Agency Head- for achieving targets for business as well as recruitment,Support Staff – for coordination for recruitment as well as sales operations.
Wealthsurance Distributors - for achieving business targets.
