|Job Requirement||To implement all the training initiatives for the MDs , ALs , ABH/BHs , and advisors in the reporting branch, along with mentoring them & hand holding them on the job.
Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job.)
- To provide both classroom & on the field Training of all advisors/MDs/BH/ABHs & ALs .
- Ensure the effective scheduling of all training activities by publishing a Training Calendar and execute all trainings as per the Calendar, building adequate control mechanisms to ensure optimum no. of people covered under each training session.
- To train selected advisors under IC-33 Refresher & guide them through Mock Tests to ensure high pass percentage in the IRDA pre-licensing exam.
- To conduct Advisor Induction Program for newly licensed advisors immediately after they clear the IRDA exam.
- To conduct Induction Programs for Manager Distributions(MDIP) & ALs within suitable time of the MDs joining our organization.
- This position is required to train all the Sales Hierarchy with the l knowledge of all the product of the company, as also hand hold the sales person to sell at the field.
- Execute all such training which will form a part of our Up-skilling Training from time to time.
- Be the Knowledge centre for the branch through impeccable product and process knowledge & maintain constant contact with product and marketing team for all training related queries. Update self and teams knowledge and skill levels on a continual basis
- Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry- Develop and maintain a mechanism for gathering information on competitor products, services, practices etc.
- Collate data on regular basis to ensure accurate & timely generation of Training MIS of the branch.
- To do JFW with MDs/ALs as well as agents
- Help in Lead Generation activities
