Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
1) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2) Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers.
3 Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
(e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
4) Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or
pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.
5) Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.
6)Taking care of documentation and joining procedures
7) Lead employer branding initiatives
8) Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
9) Preparing Databases and MIS
10) Achieve targeted closures
